What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
During my time on foundation I have consistently shown my commitment and loyalty to the Foundation, I would say what makes a Good pick for a overseer Assistant is my vast experience and RP experience throughout the years on CN, having created possibly the first operation for DEA (Operation Avalon)
Currently As the only standing REGCOM for NU-7 I have gained experience leading an MTF after many changes to the regiments Functioning and management, This goes for creating Documents, Making sure they are up to date which I would say is a very transferrable skill to being an OSA, I have a been able to create many RP opportunities on surface such as "CAF" Humanitarian aid drives to the civilians however the reason as to why I would like to be OSA is to learn and improve my RP within the foundation not only for myself but to better improve area's where NU-7 could try implement themselves to RP in the foundation which intercede the bottom line of their core duties, which brings me to my next point of my handling relations between departments as I do manage the relations to other departments and maintain a fair and balanced approach between every department in the facility.
I Can handle responsibility when given to me as I have demonstrated this during my time within the foundation and the previous positions held by myself, that also being said of behaviour as I do make sure behaviour from my self and others I speak to are kept to a high standard.

What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Assistants can authorise AA and ensuring that people follow the Code of Conduct, Ethics, and Legal Codex
- Handling direct orders and tasks from the Overseer council, Communicating information to site staff, Creating Documents on experiments and surveys that may requested.
- Assist A1 (NOT IN COMBAT) carrying out orders from the Overseer Council this could be for most assignments
- Assistants expected to be a liaison between the staff within the site and the overseer council, As the assistants are usually are the first point of contact (following the COC) for personnel to contact.
- Noting down events and incidents that may occur on site for overseers to review regarding the site's security as an example
- I would say the last main responsibility of a Assistant is they are representation of site command, meaning being professional, articulated and coordinated.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
The reason why I wish to become an Overseers Assistant is because I believe it will give me the opportunity to be more involved in Rp scenarios and events within the site, Another factor into why I am interested into becoming an overseer assistant is to work with other side of foundation that i do not get to regularly have contact with another big reason as to why I wish to become OSA is to build on my RP abilities and creating RP to demonstrate my ability to create RP to other in the foundation.
