Quick summary about codes; Each mailbox on the map has a specific 2 letter code assigned to it. In my testing these codes are persistant, although I remain unsure about the 6 number code that comes after.
Nearest to office, easy game for contracts
VT - The building right in between the ladder access to the helipad and Fire Department [CITY] (Grove Street)
HN - Near the check-in desk inside the Fire Department [CITY] (Grove Street)
RU - Outside of the AM/PM entrance [CITY] (Main Street)
UN - Outside of the Internet Cafe entrace [CITY] (Main Street)
ZC - Outside of the main Bank in city near Nexus [CITY] (Main Street)
RG - Outside of Trump Tower [CITY] (Main Street)
LI - Outside of Burger King [CITY] (Main Street)
KY - Apartment furthest to the right above the Jewelry Store [CITY] (Park Street)
MB - Inside the lobby of the apartment complex next to old casino [CITY] (Park Street)

BL - Inside the Armored Vehicle Dealership, right outside the room housing the npc [LONGEST ROAD] (A420)

ZN - Outside the Hotel/Casino [LAKESIDE RESIDENTALS] (A420)
AU - Outside of Mansion [LAKESIDE RESIDENTALS] (Apple Lane)
EQ - Outside the Petrol Station nearest to the tunnel leading to lake from High End [LAKESIDE RESIDENTALS] (A420)
MN - Outside the Petrol Station nearest to the lake, left side of station [LONGEST ROAD] (A420)
