What will you do to stop this from happening again: I probably wont get too carried away with joke documents. And most likely steer away from them.
Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? Warned. Thats about it. I was kicked once but it was requested by me because I was glitched.
Why should you be unbanned: I'm a good guy, I made a dumb decision. Was having too much fun to think that it was inappropriate. Honestly I thought it was more cursed then inappropriate.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Reading up on the rules again as I'm writing this.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: It's fun, I hold a few CL4 whitelists. I like doing work with my department.

I've looked through the rules thread a few times now. And I've noticed there isn't anything that really covers clipboards and what you shouldn't put on them. Now I understand how what I posted on it, can be seen as inappropriate, but looking at it circumstantially, when I'm fucking about with other members of ethics, it really didn't cross my mind as inappropriate. But again, with nothing in the rules covering this, and besides common sense like don't put pornography on a clipboard and such, I kinda didn't really have a way of knowing this was bannable.

Hi there, Spartainman64.
You were banned for inappropriate conduct/document after a sit was made of a document done by you of three people, two on each other and one naked with paint of known character 'Mike Wazowski' painted on the naked person's back, this was looked at by multiple members of SL, myself and the person in question. You were banned for an actual reason and could of been worse (or better) if I wasn't there to take the sit.

Hi @spartainman64 ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

After speaking with other members of SL we can came to a verdict of not accepting your appeal. The reasoning for not accepting it is that we do believe that it is common sense to not put voguer stuff like naked people etc. etc. on documents as its inappropriate and not everybody would want to see things like that while trying to have fun. With that being said we are also a serious RP server so realistically you wouldn't be putting stuff like that on documents as well.
