Denied Spawn Nu-7 with T.E5s

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add T.E5s to Nu-7's loadout. Nu-7 is the primary force that raids external GOIs, and as such should have T.E5s.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Faster response time for Nu-7 in terms of raids/infil missions
+ Infil missions against CI/GOC can be conducted without the need of GOI keycards
+ Nu-7 isn't reliant on dispenser cooldowns to make entry into external GOI bases, conduct infils, or complete GRU terminal hacks

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- CI/GOC might complain(maybe..?)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I don't see why Nu-7 shouldn't spawn T.E5 devices. GOC, and CI both do, and Nu-7 is meant to conduct infiltration missions, GRU terminal hacks, raids, counter-raids, etc.

This would majorly fuck over 079 breaches due to Nu-7 having ALWAYS access to a TE-5.

We do more than just hack GOI bases, we get GRU terminal hacks, and also have infils/rescue raids that could happen within 30 minutes. We aren't E-11 where we only every few hours hack 079 back in or something.
