Content Suggestion Spike Strip additions

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:<br>
Add the LVS spike-strips to the related jobs on the server (and potentially AA), my ideas are:

UNGOC Engineer
Nu-7 Specialist - Or DEA Field Agent
CI Technical Expert

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I don't believe so.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- More use for the new equipment which currently needs to be admin-spawned.
- More room for testing/tweaking w/o admin assistance

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Abuse (mitigated by whitelisted/regimental jobs only)

Based on the Positives &amp; Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It introduces the equipment onto the server without staff intervention to jobs (aside from Nu-7 Spec) which are often never used outside of for a few minutes at a time for when they are needed.

I can't lie this seems pretty unfair first of as UNGOC Engineer/CI tech experts are non combatives and in my opinion it would only make sense for the Rangers to have the spike strips.

Doesn't make sense for anyone of these guys to get it. They should get thr at mine if they want to counter vehicles.

+Support as a general idea.
Spike strips would be good for the Rangers as a default item. And I could see a niche use for spike strips for foundation and GOI (civs that you don't want to blow up), but not as a default item, rather as a item pickup. AA or otherwise.
