Project Gaia
Project Gaia aims to staff the Foundation with trustworthy personnel to reduce the risk of Deep Cover infiltration incidents.
By the commencement of Project Gaia, Executive Researcher █████ ███████ will be given the green light to initiate the production of Class-I Homunculi. Produced Homunculi are subject to monthly psychological evaluation past the age of 3 months. Any sign of rejection or disloyalty to the Foundation exhibited by any of the produced Homunculi will result in immediate termination.

Project Gaia has been initiated. A total of 37 Homunculi have been produced. The produced Homunculi have been distributed among the departments on Site-34 as follows: Scientific Department - 15, General Security Department - 7, Medical Department - 8, MTF E-11 - 3, MTF Nu-7 - 4. Mensual psychological evaluations will begin following next month.

Post-execution of Project Gaia, unforeseen circumstances have resulted in the mass-termination of the produced Homunculi. Severe psychological instability has been recorded in a majority of products. As of the 5th of June 19██, 34 Homunculi have been terminated. The remaining Homunculi are distributed as follows: Scientific Department - 1, General Security Department - 2, MTF E-11 - 1. The cause of the psychological instability observed in the majority of produced Homunculi is still unknown, further study required.

By the orders of the Ethics Committee. Project Gaia will be halted and permanently put on hold. No further Homunculi are to be produced. For the psychological benefit of the remaining Homunculi, they are to be relocated to different sites, and administered Class-E memory-specific Amnestics, erasing all recollection of other Homunculi and Project Gaia.
