Why are you applying for Security Captain?
- I started my journey in GENSEC and had fond memories being in it, I wish for others to experience the same.
- Simply put I enjoy GENSEC, and wish to be able to commend those who do well in what I consider to be a very stressful and chaotic environment.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
- I've a firm understanding of both the CoC and CoE.
- I've spent a good amount of time as general security, during that time I've learned the ins and outs of being general security, both as regular GENSEC and as RRT.
- I've demonstrated my ability to follow which allowed me to learn how to lead.
- GENSEC requirements are quite low; it often results in hard to handle recruits which I've a solid idea on how to handle given my time and experience in GENSEC.
- I've an outstandingly positive personnel file.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- To lead the general security personnel on site under the command of the Chief(s) of Security;
This includes but is not limited to assigning positions within D-block such as airlock and watchtower, doing sweeps and RRT tryouts.
- Making sure D-block is sufficiently staffed and up to standards.
- To document and report to the Chief(s) of Security.
Please give some lore about your Security Captain character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Stannis is a battle-hardened commander, a man who used to send thousands of men to battle for his country, until one day during one of his military operations he came across an anomaly. The anomaly in question was SCP-049, the Plague Doctor and instances of SCP-049-2. Nearly forty of them rushed a snow-covered town Stannis and his men were infiltrating at the time, expecting to find a stockpile of weapons and ammunition they found themselves ambushed by something they've never before seen.

Naturally the Foundation found out quickly, and had dispatched undercover operatives to deal with the breach, but by the time they arrived half of Stannis's men had become SCP-049-2s themselves. MTF Nu-7 were called to assist and with their involvement the battle lasted half a day but in the end 049 was recontained, his "patients" terminated. In the battle, Stannis pushed one of the MTF operatives aside, saving him from 049's syringe, blocking it with his rifle he delivered the final blow needed to contain the Doctor. All of the survivors of the event were administered amnesiacs, except for Stannis; whose actions had earned him the opportunity to join the SCP Foundation.
