Bio: Born in the harsh, rugged terrain in Northern Siberia, Stepan quickly became a victim of the natural selection and saw firsthand the true beauty (and horror) of nature itself. Surviving in the harsh conditions wasn't made easier, considering he was born with not just one, but 2 rare medical conditions: Gigantism and Myostatin-related muscular hypertrophy. It wasn't until he was age 12 that he had his first interactions with other people, but they had run off, considering he just killed a bear with nothing but his fists and a crudely-made wooden club. Shortly after this encounter, local law enforcement agencies apprehended Utkin after he had followed the people back to town.
It was after his arrest did he have his first encounter with the Foundation. An instance of SCP-5671-1 was seen near the area where he slept in the Siberian Mountains, which he returned to after his release from custody. MTF Unit Lambda-12 "Pest Control" was dispatched to the location, and after apprehending the instances, Utkin was apprehended by them, as he singlehandedly killed 4 instances of 5671-1. He was taken to Site-300-14, located in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Siberia for testing and containment, should he become an instance of 5671-1. In a miraculous turn of events, he was not afflicted with the anomalous effects of 5671-1. Utkin had the opportunity to speak with Site Director Victoria Requet, given the circumstances of why he was brought in. He was given a room, food, water, and Educaton from the Assistant Site Director of Site-300-14, Ivan Simran. Upon turning 16, He started working for the Foundation as General Security.
After 2 years of working at Site-300-14, Utkin was transferred to Site-65 to undergo medical treatment, as he was having complications due to his Gigantism. He was given a diluted version of SCP-500 to take daily to mitigate symptoms. While on this regiment, an incident occurred involving an accidental use of SCP-914, which Security Guard Utkin, on a routine security sweep of SCP-914, was put through on the setting "Fine". When Utkin emerged, he was apprehended by Internal Affairs and interrogated by them. After the determination that what occurred was an accident, He was released and brought to the Medical Bay. There, Research and Medical staff both examined Utkin and discovered that the complications with his medical conditions have gone away for the most part, and the only issue he mainly has now is occasional lower back pain, which he manages with pain medicine. Stepan now works as a GenSec Officer, and volunteers occasionally with the Medical Department because he views the Foundation as "one giant community"
Personality: Officer Utkin is a hardworking individual and is empathetic to those who feel like they do not belong, but may God have mercy on the man that makes Officer Utkin mad, as he will not show mercy against those who wrong him.
