Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: i have received 2 bans for different reasons but however i have changed and i do not troll anymore and i take rp seriously

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: i have seen alot of SCP-096 whether that is on vids and in game and i feel like it is time for me to make an application

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: he sits down in a corner so no-one sees him

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: SCP-096 can only breach when someone has seen his face whether it is accidental or i picture spawns somewhere, SCP-096 should go for the closest/first person who looked at him if multiple have looked at him he will go on a killing spree and kill everyone who has looked at him

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: First all containment | E-11 | NU-7 should all get scamblers to wear as this will make it so 096 does not kill you instantly, Then you get a bucket and put in on 096's head so he cant see anyone who has looked at him, after this let SCP-096 kill everyone who has looked at him , whilst this is happening all personnel must destroy all pictures of SCP-096-1 to ensure this does'nt happen again, once SCP-096 is done he will be passive therefore you can beam him, cuff him and take him back to his containment cell
