When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: 096 is allowed to go anywhere but people bunks when they spawn and they must go for there closest target

Please describe all steps of the process: The recontainment proses starts when 096 is pacified and no active targets that's when someone buckets and cuffs you then starts moving to the containment chamber and while passive you are able to brake the bucket one you are put back in your containment chamber you are not allowed to walk strait out
