Rule Suggestion Stopping breached SCPs to immediately run to surface right when they breach.

What does this suggestion change add?
Stopping SCPs from breaching straight into EZ and F2 to reach surface. Potentially giving SCPs a timer on when they can go to surface (like a 5 minute timer after reaching LCZ, timer may vary)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
I believe it has been asked for many times.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
E-11 becomes more encouraged since they dont have to chase the SCP up to surface following a loop of death and wasting a lot of time.
NU-7 and DEA wont have to deal with constant non SOP going up to surface and risking themselves from getting kidnapped.


Possible Negatives of the suggestion
SCP mains may be a little salty
CI will get less chances to steal SCPs.


Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this should be accepted since it'll help out regiment from losing a lot of members (mostly E-11) from breaches like these. It'll stop a constant loop of an SCP breaching and going to surface just for another breach to happen after the before said breached scp gets recontained.
