Accepted Stun gun stripping

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Change how the stun gun strips weapons. Currently it strips the weapons (nice feature), you arrest the person, release then you can't return their weapons.

(The stun gun strips their weapons until they get killed)

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It means for trainings, tryouts or random people getting stunned in cross fire (or due to them obstructing the police forces) it will allow the police to give their weapons back.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Someone will find an issue with it one day.

Hello @Envy , the stun gun stripping weapons is not an intended feature, and therefore will, of course, be fixed because it is a bug.
In future please make a bug report in the discord for bugs like this.
