Accepted Suggestion - E-11 Job Clipboard

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Add 'Clipboard' to E-11 Containment Specialist , E-11 Biohazard Specialist and E-11 Breacher

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Easier for E-11 to do regimental documentation
Less bugging Admins/GMs for clipboards everytime we need one

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Cant really think of one

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
It just makes E-11's life easier and the Admins, idk why this wasnt done sooner

my understanding is that it's currently planned to make clipboards buyable/obtainable via the dispenser or via warfunds, but honestly, this is a simple VJE change to 3 jobs, compared to feature implementation - and it can then just be removed after to facilitate the intended gameplay loop.

even though you can call a sit for an HMod+ to give you a clipboard, having this available to these jobs, would free up a little valuable staff time for other things; plus they're not always going to be available, so this just further helps as a positive reinforcement with the document roleplay angle.

as for the abuse angle, i mean eh -
as i have stated many times in the past at this point based on positions that to my understanding, staff still hold? there is extant abuse with vcomputers stuff (especially with the change ventz had to do to make documents despawn because someone printed out a bajillion docs and lagged out the server - although recently printer credit timer on research roles were reduced so maybe it's not that bad anymore? not saying the despawning should be reverted, i think it should stay, but idk - just some relevant things) and there is understandable hesitancy to just let players have clipboards. that being said, these jobs specifically are not roles you just simply get - it's certainly harder to get than sr. researcher.

however, then there's the whole "if players are on these jobs writing documents, they're taking up the limited job slots for this particularly important job within the reg while not doing the primary role of that job" angle, which i don't know how to address, especially since UK E-11 seems to be a lot different from how it was when i was in it? i don't know about that one, but it seems shaky, probably not enough compared to the benefits to warrant denying it imo.

for the UK there are operations and requirements which require E-11 to write documents. currently the only options is to bug staff or flag onto another job which has it already.
