Changes the Surface Medic Model to:
steamcommunity.com
Provides Male, Female, and Color alternatives.
Alternatively, you could change this into the SCP Medic Models for Trainee and Doctor, as the color differences would also help distinguish each job.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

Surface Medics and SCP Medics are the same exact model. It is actually impossible to tell them apart other than the nametag above their head having a slightly different prefix from each other.

Provides different options with female and male variants, along with two - three different colors.

Total file size is 5 megabytes.

Overall, the jobs need some sort of distinguishability. It is impossible to tell if there's a Foundation Medic minging on the surface, or a surface medic walking about in the Foundation and no one would even be able to tell the difference unless they really paid attention to their nametag, which is "metagame" anyways. These models are small, provide more customization options, has male and female variations, and are easily distinguishable from one another.
