Introduces a NPC/Player boss that spawns on surface for Foundation/CI/GOC to fight and contest each other on for faction specific rewards/loot that can go towards "rare" chemicals etc. Reward wise it should entice surface groups to surface to engage in such activity.
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Surface Activity and content for Nu7/DEA/CI/GOC to do. Gun Dealers selling weapons to assist in such fighting.
- Introduces some rare materials perhaps that each faction can gain if they are successful in killing the boss, unlocking potential new chemicals or money reward etc. Open to suggestions on rewards.
- Allows all three factions to engage in RP surrounding such boss, enabling alliances to be formed etc. (This can also be a negative)
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Factions could ally to outnumber another, causing imbalance.
- Potential lag due to conflict.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Content for surface currently is scarce and this would create a major once per day spawn that all Factions can attend in their respective roles to engage in combat. Current SCPs do not entice the player base out to fight them, they could do with a rework to be honest but that's a suggestion for another day. Creating such an entity to fight would encourage surface activity for a short period of time per day.
