Date of demotion?: Very late 2022, around the end of november-ish.
What is the case against you?: I was demoted for: not enough communication with my mentor, and this worried them that i may not be commited to being a staff member.
Is this true?: Yes, i would agree this is true and understand what was wrong with this.
Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?: No. I was never demoted before this.
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?: Yes, i have some warnings.
What is your side of the story?: The side of the story is that, i did indeed display a lack of communication.
Why should you return / what will you change?: I believe i should return as i think that alot has changed in the time which i have grown especially about myself i feel i have matured in the recent times and that i will establish clear communications with my mentor this time around. I realise now that communication is extremely important especially if i want to help out in the environment of the staff team and that i will assure to do that, should my application be accepted.
