Tad after his work as a consultant after fixing countless bullet wounds and giving hundreds of ECTs he became desensitized to it all. Till one day he after a particularly rough surgery where he was feeling off the entire time “woke up” and realized the trauma of putting people back together and seeing people die he may have developed Hemophobia (a fear of blood) working in medical became a huge problem. After a long list of tests and multiple psych evals he sat in his office with a diagnosis not one he particularly wanted but one he fully expected. For some time he tried to fight it just push through but when you are repulsed by every wound you see from a minor cut to missing limbs its hard to work in a hospital. Finally In a desperate attempt to escape the debacle he found himself in with this new fear, he decided to throw a hail marry to someone who he knew little of but knew was similar. He sent an application to one Frances Grey, a request for his clearance to be updated and new responsibilities given. He wrote about his time as consultant and his newfound struggles ending the email with the tagline.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
- I believe there are a handful of reasons I would be a good fit for ECA but I think the first is my current chosen CL4 being a consultant, already as a consultant I've had to work closely with ethics on a handful of occasions. In this work I've exposed myself extensively to the code of ethics and O-1 and other current and past assistants to the Ethics Committee. Working in medical has also allowed me to familiarize myself with the CoE and general ethical dilemmas and duties worked within the ethics wing.
- Secondly I would like to point to my prior run ins with trouble. In the past I've had some major fuck up that I recognize were not good moves at the time and were shitty RP, but I believe by doing those bad things and understand what effects those around me and how they effect myself. I think also the turn around I made can show I'm willing to change and learn I was on the edge of getting kicked from consultant in my first week to now holding the position for multiple months and expanding my circle of people even befriending some of those who may have looked down upon me for my past actions. Overall I think that I have shown I can turn my behavior around and correct myself if needed.
- My 3rd and final reason I will draw from my second position as a Nu-7 CSG. In Nu-7 there is a strict chain of command as with any MTF that me being in the MTF I've had to follow, all that to say I know how to take orders and do said orders as I've been the one taking and doing orders for months now as I am not in a position that wields much power all things considered. I know as an ECA there are long strenuous orders that have to be followed to keep the site functional and I want to step up to the plate to take those responsibilities on.

- Giving class permits
- Executing ethics orders and working with ethics
- Working with O-1 to complete orders
- Enforcing the CoC and CoE
- Authing sweeps and Kos past airlock in dblock
- Look over and approved research tests
