Tad is what is known as a type silver due to any noting of his age resulting in those around him to be progressed or regressed in age until death or near death. This is due to an encounter with a XK class entity during service in the United States Navy. This entity killed his crew and left him as a "messenger" who cant speak of the events as a sick joke. Tad is now 7 years younger then he was that day and in considered a Type silver under the effects of an infohazard and himself is an infohazard.

closing remarks
I understand that this will have no in RP effect outside of that done with GM approval I simply want this lore approved to be done more with in the future as I find the idea of the age changing effects to be something I can do cool RP with eventually. I also plan to make a pac around this later with a big sign plastered on his back warning of said info hazard.
