Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
- I'm applying for SA to give myself more influence and more tools to work with. I say this as within the last month my enjoyment as an ECA has thoroughly increased and I believe this is because I'm playing ECA like a site advisor should be. The crux of this is the fact I have taken to walking around the site talking to individuals and high ranking members of departments to help them at the moment. As in I join in and encourage the RP within their department including the ‘Ethical’ view I give as an ECA. I think this will work great as a member of SA to be able to walk in on a department strike up a conversation with any member of said department and encourage and strike up that RP and heighten it.
- In short I'm applying to become a site admin to strengthen departments day to day RP not only for the RP leads of said depart leads who get to create their own but also the people who are grinding through the ranks as they don't posses the ability to lead and create the RP they want to be apart in but they still have ideas. I as site admin want to be able to assist those people in creating said RP.
- Secondly but also slightly less important in my eyes. I want to help departments majorly overhaul some documents. This would be done at the start of the month and whatever department I am overseeing I plan to sit down with regcom/director and open the meeting to the department to then speak to them on current policies and documents and what can be changed and what's redundant.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?: - I have 2 major qualities I want to speak on for this section. Those 2 being outreach and communication.
- Outreach I will cover first. I believe my ability to speak to people and the way I've learned to conduct myself would benefit site admin and would mesh well with how it works at current. At current I believe SA to be a boots on the ground management group and I would fit very well into this program. As an ECA I've learned to mesh myself into the method of leadership, directing myself to go and speak to the cl3s and cl4s of a department to learn what is needed and what I can do from the department. I believe with the position SA finds itself in, this would be greatly beneficial to the site. With how I do and how I hope to continue to conduct myself the department as a whole would have interaction with me, not just the directors contacting me about issues.
- If we are being honest with ourselves communication is key and this rings true when in positions that require constant work with people running groups separate to your own. I like to say I communicate well and am able to work well with others. This of course is a vain point of view but I would hope others I talk to could echo it. But to my point as it would help with SA if I were to join. With aforementioned skills I could communicate with the DPT Director of the department I find myself overseeing and with how I run myself now It would be a series of small meetings as issues arise making sure conflict is solved as it appears. I think often conversations are open to departments so issues can be brought up freely for not only CL4s of the department but also myself so said issues can be addressed at the time and allocated to the correct parties to be corrected.

Choosing new MTF commanders and DPT leads
GOI relation management
Speaking to CL5s about changing policies they control
Conducting the CL4 meeting
Escalating issues from cl4 issues to ethics/05 when needed

Being a mediator between CL4s and CL5s
