What is the case against you?:
Getting on the server while drunk and taking a sit + warning a player.

Prior to this demotion, have you ever been demoted?:

Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?:
Yes
What is your side of the story?:
I got on the server while drunk, was just having fun during peacetime and there was a sit for RR (Remove+Restock), it was above 2mins waiting time so i took it, did it quickly and ended it. Later on i switched to NWO and during war i came up to Vlad, he was on the CRAM so i asked him if it won't be a better plan for him to go in a heli and for me to stay on the CRAM. After that question he rotated the CRAM towards me and killed me. After that i warned him for RDM.
I do know, that i broke staff rules by doing staff duties while intoxicated, but that "Partying" part of my life has been reduced.
I have changed my life around, and want to continue my staff duties.
Why should you return / what will you change?:
When i return to the staff team, I will do my best as a staff member.
I will make sure that sits won't be ignored by staff (Which they sometimes are)
I will keep an eye on the players during late hours, aswell as taking theirs sits and assisting them, if help is required.
