Tank bugs and improvements

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion proposes several changes to vehicle mechanics and gameplay balance. It includes fixing hit registration issues, and resolving a bug where players are incorrectly positioned on top of the tank when exiting, making it difficult to re-enter. Additionally, it suggests adjusting the bones on the A2 Abrams what makes it bumpy to drive, adding a third seat to the tam tank, and balancing the gameplay by buffing the fire rate of the T-90MS MG along with its 3rd seat or slightly increasing its torque if the A2 Abrams gets fixed. Furthermore, it recommends changing the explosion origin for all tanks to come from the muzzle for better realism and accuracy. Lastly. Changeing the 3rd seat on the t-72 if the tank is on an angle the camera veiw is put in a very difficult position to shoot infantry this can be highlighted when useing suit zoom changes.

Also please make the new lav and btr 90 useable on terrain as its a vehicle that should be able to travers terain but can barely get up to the train tracks tip have a look at makeing the bones longer so they have more surface area on the ground
