Denied Te-5 destruction

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Allow Te-5s (once on the ground, dropped) to be destroyed via gunfire. Familiarly with keycards.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Not that i've seen

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Logical (unless that little box is somehow bullet proof)
- Gives SCPs a slight buff (035 could shoot Te-5s dropped on the ground by combative to help RC 079 for example)


Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- As stated before, could be a buff some view too much for SCPs

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Personally, I think this simply levels the playing field for 079 rc. As SCPs can clear out a group trying to hack him back in, just for there to be more te-5s on the ground and kinda throws off the playing field. Some roles do already spawn with Te-5s (E-11 Containment spec) so i don't believe this is too unbalanced.
 
Most items can’t be destroyed why specifically TE-5? I know other items get dropped a lot like scrambles but they still are not breakable
I would argue NVG / SCRAMBLE wouldn’t really… have a point? The moment the c4 is called everyone has them and it doesn’t drop on death. Unlike the Te5 which arguably destroying a stash of them really sets someone back
