Hi,

You're able to turn down individual people by right clicking their name, I would also look at your sound mixer to turn down TeamSpeak as a whole.

Uppercut the speaker who is loud it should help alot

If you're using Teamspeak3 you can right-click the bar at the top and get the master volume slider. You can lower stuff down there.
