Hello all,
Due to work ongoing in the background that changes how we handle suggestion tickets which requires us to review and manage the ongoing backlog with aims to reduce the amount of tickets on there. Furthermore this comes with changes for Content Team and how they handle tickets and CT meetings, as such due to us needing time to set this up and training for CT whilst also getting into the swing of the new procedures, we will be closing suggestions temporarily, you may still comment on open ones, but not create any new ones.
We apologise for the inconvenience however I do not want CT to end up on the back foot with 100000 suggestions by the time we get the backlog sorted.
