What will you do to stop this from happening again: I've been very careful with the rules, but sometimes accidents happen and unfortunately I just have so many warns most the time when I deal with an admin they have no choice but to take action and it just keeps stacking and stacking.. but a lot of my warns I do have to say I believe are unjust.. but yes I have accidentally done stuff that resulted in warns.. but I promise I do anything I can to keep my self from doing it. It's never intentional. This ban is a great example of the stuff I go through..

Why should you be unbanned: I remember the whole incident but I do not know why I was banned. I was trying to arrest a person who had an AOS on them ( it was a Tech expert) I had my gun out the whole time off safety on the tech telling him to stop. Then a Nu7 started doing his gun at me, I believe he fired first because he kept telling me to lower my weapon, but he had no reason to do this because the Tech was AOS. I kept pleading at the Nu7 and it ended up in a gun fight. This whole situation was rp related so I dont know why NITRP is even on my ban.. Another thing that I have to point out, 10 minutes after this incident no admin pulled me to a sit, told me anything, asked for video (which I couldn't grab because my medal only clips 2 minutes, I was just banned right on the spot.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Of course.. I do the best I can every time I play..
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Because I love the SCP server the Civil has created. I made good friends there I just want to be able to play the game I love most. Thank you so much.
