[YES] [NO] [YES] | Séamus, Elroy, McMurray. Born in Schull, Ireland on the 31st of October 19██. His Parents were of undisclosed origin but worked at a research facility rumored to exist in Northern Ireland. His family, although where they came from was unknown, they themselves were not quite unknown to the nearby Site, "Site-███". According to "Site-███", █████ and ███████ McMurray were almost abnormally normal people which in this case was abnormal in of that itself at this location. They kept to themselves as a couple, never really making friends with many of their peers. They were very quiet folk who kept to themselves in almost every aspect, but together they were made quite the pair. They were very dedicated hard workers but this led to them only finding comfort working with one another. They would seclude themselves working alone, never really saying much about what they were even working on from the start. Whatever they were assigned though, they handled with outstanding prowess. The self-isolation they created slowly came to backfire for them though as it created disdain between their peers and them, and in some instances creating backlash for the young couple which would put their relationship as a couple and as researchers to the test on a couple of occasions. Mrs. McMurray's health was visibly declining at an alarming rate so the couple started seeing a doctor in █████, Canada every couple of months. They soon found out of Mrs. McMurray's pregnancy and excitement flew through the air from the couple, but with the state of her condition this only began to brew fear and worry. They would begin to travel there monthly to try and stay atop of her health, hoping that with the doctors help they could better her strength before birth. Mrs. McMurray showed up less and less to work till she officially went on leave for the rest of her pregnancy, and as for Mr. McMurray he'd only show up twice a week at this point. The couple tried their best to have their sweet moments together, often visiting local Halloween stores and other places showing off decorations for the upcoming holiday. The idea of their kid enjoying the holiday started coming onto them and almost, almost, brought them together for awhile. It didn't take long for Mrs. McMurray to show signs that her body wasn't holding up all that well as days passed leading to concern between the young lovers. For the sake of Mrs. McMurray and their son, they were told to visit their doctor over in Canada and to stay there with the support of the foundation till the birth was handled. Despite their best efforts to prepare, no one would be prepared for the events that took place on that one fateful "All Hallows' Eve". |

| Incident Report 31-H; October 31st, 19██ The time frame of the Incident is between 19:00 and 20:28, basically around sunset. Individual -A and -B, a Male and Female couple with the Wife being pregnant at the time. The location is assumed to be around the east side of █████, Canada. MTF Omnicron-13 ("Trick or Treat") was alerted of 7-8 possible locations a month prior that they were to patrol and monitor to look out for instances of SCP-2523-1. It would be just a bit after sunset that two O-13 operatives made visual contact with a SCP-2523-1 instance. Before they could intervene a car recklessly and almost immediately flew into the parking lot, barely able to park. It is believed Individual -B was in labor, so -A was in complete disarray as he tried to find the nearest hospital. He brushed past the instance of SCP-2523-1, ignoring them as he made his way inside the store. The other individual remained in the car, though her wails were loud enough to catch SCP-2523-1's attention. While the husband was away, SCP-2523-1 made their way to all the commotion and volume almost if they were not only just curious, but possibly concerned. There is no exact information stated on what was discussed between the entity and or what even happened, but shortly after their interaction the commotion completely stopped. No more wails, no more screaming in pain, the car was quiet all except the running motor.
Individual -A came running back out of the location as the SCP-2523-1 instance continued to make their way back into the store, still never even making note of one another. After a second of idling in the parking lot the couple in their car drove out of the parking lot just as recklessly as before, and with them gone O-13 tasked the operatives to track down that couple, but only after attending to the situation at hand. In pursuit of SCP-2523-1 the operatives entered the location, though it was not the usual Halloween store expected of SCP-2523 but the normal store with no sign of the SCP itself. Upon inquiry it is inferred that Individual -A used the phone to phone the local clinic. His wife was in labor and they were far from where they lived being on "vacation". He was trying to find his way to anywhere that could help Individual -B, and after failing to establish contact with the clinic Individual -A departed in a rush taking a map from the store with him. Addendum 01 Timeframe of the Crash would be 23:00 to 00:00 going into the morning of November 1st. A few hours after the before mentioned incident members of O-13 arrived onsite of a crash located off of Highway ███. An Vehicle matching the description of the one Individual -A and -B were in was found off the side of the highway. Judging from the scene before them and the tire marks it seems that the vehicle lost control, crashing into the barrier wall and going over it off the side of the highway. The car was crushed on its nose, absolutely demolished and aflame from the fall. Upon the arrival of emergency services two bodies were removed from the crash, or what was left of them. Upon postmortem it was confirmed that there were only two fatalities in that crash, and that Individual -B either was never pregnant to begin with or already gave birth before the crash. With not much information it was deemed as an accident by local authorities and information on the incident went cold. | Incident Report 16-E; October 16th-17th, 19██ The time frame of the Incident is between 22:00 to 00:00. Approximately 7 years after Incident Report 31-H, as per every year Omnicron-13 were notified in august of multiple locations that are suspected to be possible sites for SCP-2523 to appear. As the years went the locations in which SCP-2523 take place have always changed and this year is no different with this group of locations suspected to be around the US and Canada borders. Although SCP-2523 normally only appears on the 31st, this incident would appear to be a complete abnormality to what they previously though capable. O-13 teams were spread into groups each stationed per location on the list they were given, and in this particular instance a trio of O-13 operatives were stationed outside of a fairly recently abandoned shopping center. This location, although not normally used by the public, would often still be used by Halloween Stores that came around every year. The place was in fairly good condition and had routine check ups, so the operatives observed from the outside watching what they assumed to be the only entrance. A Halloween store had already started renovating part of the place for their store but as it was late the last of the workers were seen already vacating the site with the Operatives watching from a car nearby. The building did have power although it wasn't powering much, they sat quietly in the now empty parking lot watching this eerie dark building with only one light illuminating the parking lot.
As they waited they patiently watched their radio for any word from any of their teams but chatted away quietly to help pass time. Their windows were rolled down letting the ever so calm night breeze flow through the car with only the faint sound of a car driving by in the distance ever on occasion. It was only after a time did the two pause, as a calmness ever so eerily set in their area. Not a breeze, not a car, not even a squeak of a bat would be heard; and as their hair raised on their arms would the silence be broken by a blaring sound from the location in front of them. The building's alarm system detected motion inside and went off starting from the farthest part of the building all the way to the right, opposite side from where they were. The O-13 Operatives scrambled to get out of the car and immediately started reporting the incident. Suddenly, as quick as the first alarm started another began to blare from the side of the mall they were on! The farthest left side and more specifically where the Halloween store was, soon to be, located. Within just a few seconds the last of the alarms started in the center of the mall and all the alarms began to go off out of sync sending a chill through the air. The operatives called out the ongoing incident to the rest of the O-13 and immediately swept the location starting from the Halloween store side all the way to the other. The location was found to in pristine condition, as if untouched ever since it was last open. Nothing showed any indication that anything got in from the outside, or that anything was even there for that matter. Things were eerily untouched, but as the Operatives reached the central walkway of the location a kid was found unconscious by the escalator. He was barely clothed and in very poor health when found but there was just no explainable way he could of gotten in. O-13 took the child to a nearby site from where he was found to have a full evaluation of health, and from there the child was left in the hands of the Foundation system with his fate unknown. Addendum 01 The child from this incident was discovered to be a "McMurray", and in which his connection to SCP-2325 was realized and Incident Report 31-H was brought back to the spotlight. He seems to have almost no memory at all besides some things here and there, but he arguably has no knowledge of the world itself. Upon careful consideration it is considered that he may be brought under the care of the Foundation System, in which he will grow up within it's care and be under it's educational system. With his parents in mind and what little information that could be found of them, we believe he would flourish within the Department of Research should he choose to follow his parents footsteps of becoming a researcher. He will have complete free reign to choose which career path to go down once he is of age, and we believe he will be of great service to the foundation no matter which path he elects to follow. | Incident Report ██-█; ███████ ██th, 20██ The time frame of the Incident is between ██:██ and ██:██.
