The Staff Meeting on January 4th, 2026

For context, this is the meeting that happened right after holiday break.

Back when I was an Administrator I had joined this meeting and around the end when the Senior Admin leading the meeting asked: Any Admins have anything they’d like to say?

I said:

“Hey guys, if you’d like to stay behind afterwards to talk about what presents you got for Christmas I’ll be here.”

Dead silence.

Senior: “Ok, any head moderators?…” etc, etc.

The meeting ended without incident.
Nobody stayed behind.

I still think about it today.

An extraordinary amount of VHS tapes and CDs for archiving purposes which I still haven’t touched. Also a telescope for viewing the stars.
