For how long have you played on CG SCP: 2 and a half years
Age: 17 I know there are people who are reading this currently and see that my age is 1 year younger and the reason for it im a stupid person and I write too fast so I don't see mistakes very quickly.
In what country are you located?: Estonia
Time zone: UTC +3
Character name(s): Gregori Peterson, [TEU-PVT] William Peterson, Theodore Peterson
Civilian name: Gregori Peterson
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): SCP-RP UK
Do you have a mic?: Yes
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
Alpha CI
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: The reason for all of my bans and warnings is that I stopped playing for the RSD Department because I had lost motivation and was burned out. I saw many goofy YouTubers play on the same server and do chaotic things as chefs, so I started doing the same. After receiving my longest ban, which was six weeks, I took break from the server for 2 months to relax and get my motivation back up and couple of weeks ago I came back and I stopped being a chef and doing weird things. I returned to the RSD Department, and now I have changed everything and now I have the motivation to start continuing with the RSD Department.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I'm applying because I feel myself being qualified because I have been playing for a long time in the RSD Department.
I like talking about other people’s research work and helping out with any questions or advice they might have. Additionally, I think that the obligations of an executive researcher are something that suits me well.
What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I spend most of my time on site in the RSD Wing, where I write documents and talk with Researchers and Junior Researchers. I often help new RSD members to the Department, or those returning after a break, by refreshing them on updated policies and recent SCP additions. I also observe and accompany Junior Researchers and Researchers who are performing tests to see how they conduct their work.
I have also been part of the Executive Program. The feedback has been very positive, with only one minor issue that was not serious.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?:
I Currently have if I remember correctly before I took the Break 2 or 3 excellent graded documents.
I think for a document to be excellent, it needs to be descriptive, have aims, methods, and a conclusion, and be unique/creative and have very good grammar with minimal or none grammar issue's.
It has to have pictures, how the anomaly looks, and the subjects, and it could use a hypothesis.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
A researcher should conduct themselves with utmost professionalism when dealing with personnel concerning any issues that involve their clearance level. Some of the duties include helping them with onboarding, assisting with understanding how to complete procedural steps such as document formatting or image upload, and touring them around accessible areas in the facilities. Access will vary depending on their clearance level: CL1 researchers will be limited to LCZ and lower LCZ areas; CL2 personnel will be able to perform in LCZ, lower LCZ, and selected upper HCZ areas; and finally, CL3 personnel can explore HCZ zones, depending on their experience and clearance level.
Apart from being an administrative officer, they also provide mentoring services to help others develop and grow professionally. These individuals will be responsible for mentoring junior researchers by guiding them through their first session to ensure they conduct themselves appropriately in accordance with the protocol. They will be giving constructive criticism to enhance technical and creative skills. They are also supposed to evaluate any documentation submitted by other researchers, providing criticisms that will improve their performance.
Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Theodore Peterson was hired as a Junior Researcher at Site-65 for the RSD Department two and a half years ago. With determination and hard work, he moved up the ladder to become a Researcher, Senior Researcher, and then Bio-Researcher.
Theodore is recognized being part of the Executive Program and by Executive Researchers. As a member of the Executive Program, he hopes to take on more significant roles by mentoring junior researchers and researchers, doing more documented tests and helping out RSD personnel with uncovering more SCPS that come to the site.
