Recruiting new members, do frecuent trainings to improve the quality of our members, and perform during war.
What are the main problems you see with the regiment you are entering into?:
SNCOs are not that active, nobody is training new players, they dont perform well during war, activity could be improved and they need better leaders in the regiment.
