Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?
Warned for minor things, never kicked or banned.
Why should I be unbanned: This was not me playing, not known to me, my younger brother was on my PC, he was trying to be toxic on purpose, I would never have done this. And have put a password on my PC to ensure it never happens again.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: I will ensure to re-read the rules, and comply with them, I will also ensure my brother does not gain access to my PC again.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: This is my favourite Gmod server, i've had so much fun here.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

We have always gone under the policy, that it is your account so you need to ensure that it is protected, and if it is used maliciously this does fall onto you. As Archangel said: "Your account, your responsibility." So unfortunatley this ban appeal is to be denied.
