(1) Combat Cuffing: I was warned for Combat Cuffing as I cuffed a Cadet who was holding a gun up, this happened right when I became an Internal Affairs Agent. | 2 months ago

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
(1) Qualification:
Having been Ambassador for almost a month and recently being appointed the 2nd Director of Internal Affairs I have proven to be fit and ready for positions that tend to be more demanding, I'm able to act calmly and levelheaded in difficult situations.
Furthermore, as an experienced and accomplished member within IA, I know the Code of Ethics and the work of the Committee very well and am deeply familiar with it.
(2) Activity:
Throughout my time on the server, I was active every day for at least 2-3 Hours, with it sometimes ranging to 8 hours daily, with this amount of dedication and time invested into my positions I can assure continued activity in both, my role as Director and the possible role of Assistant.
(3) Personal Goals:
I've wanted to work with the Ethics Committee since I have joined this server, that with the addition of various other motives, eventually drove me into the Department of Internal Affairs. I want to experience new things and further myself, even more, the best way to do that in my opinion is to take the next step and become an Assistant of the Ethics Committee.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
The Assistant of the Ethics Committee has various important tasks within the facility, they serve as a link between the Foundation and the Committee, they help the Committee with any task that is being assigned to them.
Examples of this includes:
->Managing meetings which contain one or more members of the Ethics Committee
->Managing communications between Foundation Personnel and the Committe
->Forwarding requests/cases to the Committee.
Besides the above mentioned tasks, the role of an Assistant is also to ensure that the competence and capabilities of Mobile Task Force Omega-1 are used to it's maximum. Giving them orders regulary and checking in on them means a general bettering of command structure and combat capabilities of the Foundation. | This is of course on-hold once members of the Ethics Committee arrive on-site.

Ambassador Thorgrim was elevated into the position of Department of Internal Affairs Director within Site-██ following the interview. However, hidden from official records, the Director was invited for another interview a week following his new appointment.
Arriving on Floor-█ of Site-██, Director Thorgrim von Baeyer was greeted by operatives of MTF Unit █████-█, following them without a hint of hesitation he soon got into the Office of the Ethics Committee. A man with an elder looking face waved at him, looking rather confined and calm, he ordered the stationed MTF to leave and proceeded with his planned meeting.
Director Thorgrim was dismissed from Floor-3 after his interview took its end, with only him and the Ethics Committee knowing the outcome of the meeting that would, for one way or the other influence his position within the Foundation.

Thorgrim von Baeyer was originally stationed on Site-███, which at that point housed SCP-1162, Thorgrim, who was at that point the assigned Researcher for the SCP, handled it for several months, conducting numerous tests to find out its potential, its security risks and ways to effectively determine the outcome, or should it be required, it's termination.
As his work regularly required Agents of Internal Affairs to oversee or even interact with said experiments, the Department became quite familiar with Researcher Thorgrim.
With a year going by, it was said that SCP-1162 will be relocated to Site-██, Thorgrim however, instead of being relocated there as a Researcher, was asked to locate there as an Agent of Internal Affairs, due to his history of dealing with SCP-1162 and it's instances.
Arriving on-site, he quickly adapted to his new circumstances, obtaining an established position within IA, with the departure of the past Director, he was made Ambassador and worked closely with Ambassador ██████, keeping the currently running operations on-site secure.
After having managed to greatly expand upon the quality of Internal Affairs within Site-██, he was requested for an interview upon demand by the currently residing Director.
As his work regularly required Agents of Internal Affairs to oversee or even interact with said experiments, the Department became quite familiar with Researcher Thorgrim.
