Thoughts on Medical RP and Medical Chems?

I think the current medical department is in good hands! That being said...

Leadership: Kayla forever DoM (Can't fault her, she does good RP!) and Khori Cross... I think Khori (You!) makes for an excellent DoM, seeing as how she incentivizes RP within her department. Consultants are a bit of a mixed bag, but they're all generally pretty cool people. There is one Consultant I haven't ever seen though, can't place a name on em.

RP Willingness: I think most of the CL3 members of medical (and some CL2s) are always down to engage as an RP scenario, although I want them to push for RP more rather than have the RP happen to them! Also want the Combat Medics to do this, since I usually just see them idling around.

Actual RP: No complaints here, just about everyone who has stepped up to bat RP wise has been doing incredibly well, obviously this goes without saying for the Consultants, but I have also seen this from your standard Senior Doctor's and Combat Medics.

Department Opinions: No notes! I think it is in a really well managed state at the moment. Wish CMs did a little more is all. I find the department lends itself to being conducive to RP, and that's very important!

Cure System/Medical Chems: I don't care for the cure system. I wish I knew more about RP based medical chems.

Leadership - One of the leaders is kinda mid but the rest are all amazing and fun to RP with.
Willingness to RP with medical - High
Actual RP you see from Medical - Some but it depends
Opinions on the Department as a whole - pretty good and fun
Cure system + Medical Chems - meh with it just being a bit annoying and that is all

Being mindful that unlike other departments who have heavy amounts of content to work with, medical is largely non-combat player reliant.

I'd say kudos to the Directors, CL4s and all supporting medical players for making it what it is. It's hard to create a solid RP base when the average player just runs in to get healed and runs out go shoot stuff.

There is always things to improve on but I'd say Medical is in a great spot atm.

I'd like to say on the UK server the leadership, and most of the people on medical are great or cool, this comment ends at combat medics who I've seen doing crazy shit, metagaming fail rping making peoples days worse just because and trying avoid RP
