The information you are about to read is from what we had witnessed on camra in the past about Tim Hardy after he had receved his prostetic arms. The information was delayed do to some filing issues.
Once Tim Hardy had recieved his new arms we were worried as they were a pair of 22415's arms. Everything seemed normal at first, we had seen things that couldnt be explained excpt that the arms had given him The ability's that a 22415 had. One moment We saw him on the camras in LCZ then we saw him in PW. Just like 22415-2. We are unsure if this was a camra glitch or he has the ablitys to travle in his own dimension.
These events were caught on tape but since then the recordings has been erased and/or destroyed. At this time we can only guess to the events that had happened. We give this information to you in hopes that you can find out if he has anomilous powers or it was just a system Error
