I don't have a document for this so I'll just type it all out.
My main storyline on the SCP Foundation guy ,my character, Tom 'DG' Thortan. They have gone from a Civilian to D-Class Personnel then recognized and promoted to a member of the Research Department
Civilian to a D-Class (Implied lore)

Tom like most staff used to be a normal individual on the surface unaware of all the chaos secretly going on behind the scenes. However they were not innocent in of themselves. Tom had committed multiple counts of manslaughter (he did a gruesome ritual every time he killed them, he cut off there left pinky toe and made it into jewelry and sold it on Etsy, but he did it for no reason at all) however during the court cases and hearings something slowly came to light, he not only caused the death of multiple people but turns out they've have gone insane and didn't know they where doing it. Due to the severity of there offences they are sentenced to multiple life sentences.
The SCP Foundation was in need of resources (More D-Class for use for testing) and they decided to give Tom their form to join as a D-Class which they took believing it would be better to work for some slightly crazy people rather than rot away and die there.
D-Class to a Researcher (Happened in-character)

Tom had survived many of their tests as a D-Class whether it be logic when it came to sampling SCP-939s, wits when conversing with SCP-082 or luck when it came to not being possessed by SCP-035. Over this time they had interacted with and seen a lot of the foundation, they gradually grasped an understanding of the FLC and Research Policies from repeated testing. They were not always unscathed after testing leading to him figuring out that he shouldn't do anything too stupid. Eventually Tom had obtained a Low Security status and shortly after there qualify for a Trustee. One day after testing with a Thaumatologist there was a raid from CI, as they were running away Tom saw the Thaumatologist use there reality bending. After surviving Tom ask the Thaumatologist how they are able to do real magic (reality bending) and the Thaumatologist knowing Tom is a trust-worthy guy he told him how he trained for years and hone the skills to do reality bending. When Tom learned how to do real magic (reality bending) he started training to unlock his own magic. He started skipping testing sessions and even started skipping meals to train his magic (reality bending) and after a month of non-stop training he was ably to make a 12"x12" wall that can stop bullet for 5 seconds. He was so happy that he finally got his own magic he instantly told his friend Thaumatologist. The Thaumatologist pulled some strings to get Tom a job as a Thaumatologist in training and became a jr. researcher for the Foundation. As he did his research he also trained as a Thaumatologist to became a well known Thaumatologist and a high ranking researcher at the same time.
NOTE* this lore request is to get the ability to have the Thaumatologist reality bending tool as a specialist/Exec. (when i get exec.)
