Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Before being hired into the canadian government he was a teacher that taught highschoolers in canada. See, tom knew there was more to life than teaching, He knew that one day he would find a new thing. One day when tom was in his classroom.He saw this big pile of orange goop in his science lab in his classroom he thought one of his students left it so he put it in a test tube, the next day he asked nobody took pride in that work. after the school day had ended he opened the container with the strange orange goop. It smelled sweet. It smelt like flowers. he poured it out on his desk. It had transformed into a blob. He thought it was cute. so he took it home and got a tank for it to sleep in. The morning he woke up to check on it, it started to purr. He took it to the canadian government to show what he discovered. They took it and offered him a job to work for them.
this man can be involved in any storyline for breaches
