Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

I want to help the Foundation in a more senior role, expanding beyond my current responsibilities in MTF. My previous experience as an ECA Coordinator involved significant responsibilities, but it often limited my ability to directly support the site without seeking Ethics Committee approval. I aspire to contribute to creating engaging roleplay and assisting with tasks the Foundation requires, whether they are ethics-related or supporting other departments. I’ve always made an effort to check in with people, ensure they’re doing well, and offer help when needed. I believe that as a Site Advisor, I would be better positioned to assist the Foundation and its various groups more effectively.

With my previous application for O5, I took into consideration the feedback I received and have decided that pursuing the position of Site Advisor would be a more beneficial step for my growth and development within the Foundation. I understand my activity has been lower recently due to a three-week emergency LOA, which has now ended. Moving forward, I plan to be much more active and address any issues that may arise.

This senior role would provide me with the authority and flexibility to implement improvements more effectively. My time in E-11 has been rewarding, but after eight months of service, I feel I’ve addressed the issues I identified and contributed all the ideas I have to improve the regiment. As E-11 CO, I’ve learned to balance combative and non-combative leadership, advocating for efficiency in combat while also pushing for non-combative initiatives. These experiences have shaped my leadership style and taught me the importance of considering all aspects of the Foundation’s operations. I’m confident that my background, dedication, and leadership experience make me well-suited for the role of Site Advisor.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

I believe I am highly suitable for Site Administration due to my extensive experience working with nearly every Foundation department. I actively seek opportunities to assist where needed, maintaining professionalism and a willingness to learn. If I encounter something I don’t understand, I am proactive in seeking guidance or collaborating with others to find a solution. I also welcome constructive criticism and use it to grow.

I have always sought ways to improve departmental operations and create engaging roleplay opportunities. My ability to think creatively and approach challenges from unique perspectives has allowed me to contribute meaningfully to various Foundation initiatives. I prioritize logical and thoughtful decision-making, especially in stressful situations, and remain composed under pressure. My roleplay experience as a game master has further honed my skills in organizing immersive and impactful scenarios that benefit the broader community.

In E-11, I’ve had the opportunity to observe and learn from various leadership styles, which helped me identify what works best within the regiment. I’ve worked hard to address issues and improve the regiment’s efficiency by reworking basic training for recruits, refining operational orders, updating interview procedures, and introducing cross-training opportunities with other departments. I’ve also collaborated with departments to implement initiatives like monthly doctor visits. Beyond this, I’ve managed the regiment’s roster, troubleshooting and resolving any issues, and converted key documentation into in-game formats for easier access.

These experiences have shaped my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of both the combative and administrative aspects of the Foundation. I believe this combination of initiative, creativity, and a collaborative mindset makes me an excellent candidate for Site Administration.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

The responsibilities of Site Administration in RP include creating and facilitating active roleplay scenarios. This often involves interacting with Groups of Interest (GOIs) and other departments to develop engaging roleplay situations. Site Administration may contact GOIs when necessary, whether to negotiate site access, repair strained relationships, or request assistance with issues like a breach that could impact the surface or exceed the site’s containment capabilities.

Site Administration is also responsible for approving tests that require their authorization. It is essential to ensure that these tests are reasonable and not a waste of resources. Before being brought to Site Administration, the test must be reviewed and signed by an Executive Researcher. Once it reaches SA, if deemed reasonable, it will be approved and signed, or the researcher will be advised to present it to Site Command.

During Code 5 situations, Site Administration has the critical responsibility of authorizing Advanced Armory (AA) access. To make informed decisions, SA must stay updated on breaches and the status of SCPs. This allows SA to direct non-combative personnel to safety and, in worst-case scenarios, oversee evacuations. These updates ensure the correct AA is authorized for the appropriate personnel to handle the situation effectively.

Additionally, Site Administration works closely with department heads, conducting interviews to ensure adherence to the Code of Ethics (COE) and Code of Conduct (COC). SA is also responsible for providing assistance to departments that may require help or guidance. A thorough understanding and application of the COE and COC are crucial for this role. Furthermore, Site Administration handles tribunals and court cases when they arise, ensuring proper procedures are followed.

Access to this document is restricted to personnel with Clearance level 4 authorization. Unauthorized access will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

SCP PROFILE: SA - Tony Stewart
Designation
: Site Administration
Real Name
: Tony Stewart
Sex: Male
Age: 24
Height: 5'11"
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Nationality: Canadian

Reason for Incarceration and Service:
Tony Stewart's initial encounter with the Foundation occurred during a high-stakes mission involving SCP-507. Captured during a return journey with the SCP, Tony was detained and questioned by the Foundation regarding his origins. Following extensive interviews and psychological evaluations, Tony was administered amnestic treatment, normally he would be released back into world however it was found that he had the ability to recover from damage that any normal man would die from. Such as regrowing limbs and other situations.

History with the Foundation:
Initially detained and amnesticized, Tony survived numerous experiments, including dangerous tests and SCP containment protocols. His ability to survive these trials, including seemingly impossible situations, earned him the trust of Foundation personnel. Tony worked his way up from D-Class status, initially serving as a cook, then as a receptionist, and eventually becoming a ethics assistant. His dedication to maintaining the Code of Conduct (COC) and the Code of Ethics (COE) helped him gain the trust of various departments, including Internal Affairs (IA) and Ethics. He was eventually given class x to help recover the memories as he has proven his worth for the foundation.

Throughout his time in the D-Class program, Tony’s involvement in multiple sensitive operations—ranging from uncovering unethical practices to preventing D-Class riots—earned him significant clearance and a series of trusted roles. His ability to identify and neutralize threats, including potential breaches and covert opposition within the Foundation, solidified his position as an invaluable asset.

Specialized Skills and Abilities:

  • Enhanced Physicality: As a result of the AI integration during the failed genetic modification procedure, Tony possesses the ability to alter his DNA, granting him regenerative abilities (such as regrowing lost limbs) and enhanced strength. His body can adapt to poisons, drugs, and diseases, providing a significant edge in survival situations.
  • Mental Resilience: Despite the presence of the AI in his brain, Tony has developed a unique mental resilience, capable of suppressing the AI’s influence. He refers to this coexistence as “making peace with his demon.” However, there are moments when the AI’s personality manifests, affecting his demeanor and abilities.
  • Hacker and Intelligence Specialist: Tony has demonstrated an exceptional ability to access and manipulate Foundation networks. This skill has allowed him to retrieve information on SCPs and internal Foundation operations.

Key Assignments and Roles:

  • E-11 LTCOM: As a Lieutenant Commander (LTCOM) in the E-11 MTF (Mobile Task Force), Tony's leadership was instrumental in coordinating missions and ensuring that operations followed ethical standards. His experience working with other MTFs, such as NU-7, has contributed to the successful containment of surface SCPs and maintaining operational integrity.
  • D-Class Ambassador: Tony’s transition from a D-Class member to a trusted ambassador allowed him to mediate between different departments and D-Class personnel. He facilitated negotiations, helped prevent riots, and worked closely with Ethics to ensure that D-Class rights were respected.
  • ECA (Ethics Compliance Advisor): As an ECA, Tony worked with Site-65’s personnel to maintain the integrity of the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics, handling sensitive matters with care and ensuring the safety and well-being of both Foundation staff and D-Class.

Notable Events and Contributions:

  • Surface SCP Operations: As part of his work with E-11, Tony participated in surface SCP containment operations alongside NU-7. These missions often involved high-risk scenarios where Tony’s enhanced physical abilities were crucial to the team’s success.
  • Interdepartmental Training and Relations: Tony has been a key figure in establishing training protocols with other MTFs, particularly with E-11’s collaboration with O-1. His role in bridging gaps between different teams and departments has improved the overall functionality and unity within the Foundation.

Current Status:

Tony Stewart is currently stationed at Site-65, holding clearance level 4. As a Captain in E-11, he is deeply involved in high-level decision-making, particularly focusing on improving operational efficiency and leading the team in various missions. After a long tenure with the Ethics Committee, Tony transitioned to E-11, where he worked his way up to Captain. In this role, he is advocating for significant changes and improvements within the regiment to enhance its effectiveness and overall performance.
