Incident Gamma 32, destruction of Research Site 647.
Research Site 647 was dedicated to the study of biologically enhancing nano-machines that was being put towards reconstruction and deconstruction of viruses. The current applications were being put towards the study of 008. The site was found destroyed on █████████ with no known causes on what occurred at the site as it was found burned with no known survivors.
The Full Timeline (WIP):
At the age of five Torian was taken to Site-34 with his Mother to help in the testing of SCP 5094. During the testing period he was given unlimited access to the SCP over a two month period while under the watch of the research team. In the timespan he had learned about Genetics, Medical Science, Chemistry, Latin and Biology. The testing period ended before he could pursue any other fields. Afterwards he was kept, tested over what he learned, and had his brain scanned for any effects.
When he turned the age of ten that is when his powers would awaken for the first time when with his father. They were spending time in Palama Spain when Torain would collapse due to intense head pains. When he came to he would learn he let loose a large burst of energy and was deemed a temporary danger until he learned to control his power.
At the age of sixteen he would graduate school and be bound for Stanford on a full ride scholarship.
At the age of Twenty he would start working full time for the Foundation as a researcher.
At the age of Twenty-two he would kill his mother.
At the age of Twenty-Five he would defect to the Chaos insurgency after the destruction of Research Site 647.
Project Origination
SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptile-like creature of unknown origin. It appears to be extremely intelligent and has a major disdain for human life. SCP-682 has always been observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. SCP-682's physical body grows and changes very quickly, growing or decreasing in size as it consumes or sheds material. SCP-682's regenerative capabilities and resilience are staggering. Samples were acquired from the SCP’s capture.
SCP-966 is a digitigrade humanoid like creature that is only visible at wavelengths ranging from 700 nm to about 900 nm. They are a predatory species as they use ultrasonic noise frequencies. The frequency they emit while hunting seems to slowly kill their prey by permanently inhibiting the ability of the affected creature to enter any of the NREM and REM sleep stages. Samples were acquired from the SCP’s capture.
SCP-939 is a quadrupedal pack animal with three large claws at the end of each paw. The skins of SCP-939 are highly permeable to moisture and translucent red, owing to a compound chemically similar to hemoglobin. They lack any vestigial eyes, eye sockets, but they seem to possess eye spots that are sensitive to light and dark and they run the length of their spiny dorsal ridges. Sample was given in a hostage negotiation.
Canis lupus familiaris or the common Great Dane is a breed of domestic dog that humans bred for wild boar and deer, and as guardians of German nobility. This specimen was taken from the Pinewood shelter and was in peak physical condition

A beast with the regeneration of 682, the visibility of 966, and the amnestic breaths of 939 is the main goal of this project as other SCP’s may prove to be less stable for the process or too violent for a tameable specimen. In an attempt to balance out any other aggression from the anomalies I will be using samples taken from a shelter dog of the breed Great Dane. By mainly using pack based creatures I could in theory assert myself as the dominant being and thus have control over it.
The main hurdle of the process would be to splice and recombine the DNA in a manner that would hold to stable form and create life. In essence, to make sure the creature lives a viable life and can grow into a full grown beast. I will be using SCP 500 as it may mitigate any cell growth issues and any chronic issues that may occur from the process. It could also be used as a catalyst to create the embryo for the living subject.
The first major step of this will be extracting the DNA of each creature.
Second will be slicing it all together in a viable manner. Making sure cell growth is stable.
Third is to implant the working DNA sequence into an embryo to carry the creature to term. The creature will be carried out to term in a controlled environment that I will construct.
Fourth step is to bond with the creature once it is carried to term and raise it within a nurtured environment. Showing myself as the parental figure in its life.
After that point it will be training it to attack Foundation forces.

I took blood samples from both 966, 682, 939, and Canis
lupus familiaris (Great Dane) and ran them all through a centrifuge. I allowed it to rotate for approximately 5 minutes before removing and adding the blood Lysis Buffer to the sample and inverting the sample about 5 times to fully mix them up. Then I incubated all of the samples for 5 minutes at 56°C in a thermal mixer with agitation at full speed.
The samples were allowed to rest for a period before the addition of a binding agent and bead to allow the DNA to adhere to it. The samples were incubated for a period before added to a Magnetic Separator until the beads formed into tight pellets.
The beads would be removed and added to a wash buffer solution and submerged for a period and set back on to the separator to be fully cleaned of any random materials.
The final step before storage would be to add a TE Buffer solution and gently move the pellets around before incubating again and removing the beads and discarding them.
Each sample will be stored at -20°C or used immediately for downstream analysis. AVOID repeatedly freezing and thawing DNA.

The splicing process is the simplest part as we begin by adding in an enzyme to the extracted DNA samples, causing each helix to unravel and begin the replication process. Normally they would start their priming process and then the production of a special enzyme called DNA polymerase would start the replication process as the strands organize but I will add a protein solution to halt the enzyme production.
After the addition of the protein solution the samples will be mixed together in different ratios with a polymerase, protein, and SCP 500 mixture. Cell growth will be heavily monitored at this time as hopefully mRNA and polypeptides form alongside amino acids. In this time period new DNA helices should be forming from the split samples.
Each sample should be reanalyzed as time moves on.
Each viable solution will be added to a donor egg and sperm and added to incubation.
Every viable fertilized embryo was placed into a custom made incubation pod to grow. The solution they are suspended in is a mixture of amino acids, SCP 500, and other chemicals to support the growing life form.

Cell growth will be heavily monitored at this time as hopefully mRNA and polypeptides form alongside amino acids. In this time period new DNA helices should be forming from the split samples.

Cookie is a female specimen and was the first of them to 'hatch' out. (An assumed uterus-like organ is present.)
She has a physiology similar to SCP 939 in build but unlike a 939 instance she has a complete organ system with a working digestive tract. (Found from an MRI Imaging) Thus requiring the need to consume nutrients from the consumption of meat. (After testing her diet is that of an obligate carnivore.)
Unlike SCP-939 she has blue skin and blue blood from a high concentration of silver in the form of colloidal silver suspended in her blood. It is suspected to be from 966 as silver is known for its reflective qualities. (Most commonly known in the use of mirrors in the old times.)
Like 939 she can breathe a mild amnestic but it isn’t strong enough for general usage or mass production.
She is considered blind as there are no eyes on her as like 939 she has light sensing spots that run from her nose to the middle of her back. Each one a deeper blue colour and are highly sensitive to stimuli. Along with light sensing she also has a strong sense of smell, showing she can discern many different scents from each other.
Her intelligence seems to be pretty high as she adapts quickly to any and all interactions, having a high sense of self-perseverance. More tests will be done to check her intelligence as she ages.
At this time she does possess the ability to turn invisible but it seems limited as she can’t seem to control it. Assuming this will come naturally as the subject matures.

In the months since Cookie had been created an interesting issue has cropped up as a spy from the Foundation would enter into the Insurgency base and would take all the documentation on the Project Origination. It would fall into the hands of 05-5 The Heretic who was swiftly alarmed by said project as it could mean the potential for new beasts of burden attacking the Foundation as a whole. He would swiftly order the capture of whoever this Panthera was.
It took about a week before they captured the ragged researcher as the Intelligence Director would catch Torian on his own at the local Pinewood gas station, simply buying a coffee. They would chat only for a moment before cuffs were pulled out. Before the insurgent could react to what was happening he was rendered unconscious by the stock of a rifle.
He would wake in a room with green walls, Alpha 1 surrounding him as he was cuffed to the only chair in the room. He couldn't speak and he couldn't hear as something was jammed into his ears. Soon a voice would pick up.
"So this is Panthera. I read your research and I have to say. Interesting choice." A suited man would speak into what looked like a microphone, grinning at Torian. "I am going to make you a deal because it would be a shame to waste a mind like yours."
Torian sat in core sector with a weight on his back. He had defected to the Foundation under the pretenses of finishing his work for them to use but he couldn't leave the confines Site-65 nor could he contact anyone within the Insurgency Cell he defected from. Beside him laid Cookie, a simple constant in his life as the small sized creature followed him about like a duckling. Gears turned in his head as he started to walk out of Core Sector, into entrance zone, and pushing off into floor two.. He couldn't simply walk out.. Could he? Moments later he stood out in the courtyard alone and chuckling.
It didn't take long for the egotistical man to try and take advantage of the situation as he would set up a small network outside of the Foundations systems, relaying messages out to the Insurgency. Soon he would attempt to sell a set of samples of SCP 999 to an outside buyer but that would be what catches him...
Thinking he was still in the clear he would attempt to simply walk out, crossing Entrance Zone and entering Floor 2 before a voice would clear itself behind him. Standing tall was DEA Special Agent Void who looked at the researcher with a stern look.
"Now Now. Where do you think you are going?"
Those words started a month of that felt like hell. Everything he had been doing was discovered and laid out in front of him with no way to escape it but for some reason they decided he was useful still.
Torian was slapped with an ankle monitor and multiple different devices to track his every movement, even his own phone was taken and replaced.
"Soon this will be all over." He would hear as the Special agent and his group huddled around Torian. Interrogating him on why he borrowed someone's phone. The man had teeth pulled, had skin carved off, and various amounts of drugs pumped into his systems. Nothing felt real for him at all.. Until he woke up in the Ethics Chairmen's office. Torian spent about two days hiding in the office speaking with Chairmen Sergio, creating a sob story and begging for his own freedom but only being offered a safe return back to the Insurgency...
The PAC
The Pac is using a recoloured Combine model from Half-life Alyx with an added cannon on the left arm. The Cannon is going to be used to be in place of the Foam Cannon and the Containment beam. It is mainly used for either the CI Officer job (Without the arm cannon) and for CI RnD (With the cannon). Cookie always rests on his back as his loyal pet. (I have a PAC just for Cookie thats used for events)
