Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? I think 1-2 bans over 2 months ago I honestly forgot and I had like 3 warns.
Why should you be unbanned:
Section A: Situation Let's not beat around the bush and lie. I said the F Slur I admit it and I am so sorry. I was being arrested for multiple offences added up to 60 minutes I was VERY pissed about this and to add things I am sick irl which I strongly agree doesn't justify what I said. I had been arrested in my opinion for bullshit charges so I make a sit the guy pulls up the clip of me saying this.
Section B: Why I should be unbanned? I recently started playing the server again yesterday I have just been doing fun things and playing with my brother. I was as well under the false impression that word was ok because I had been called it at least 4 times that day by other people. No one at all had told me that word wasn't allowed. I agree that's my fault and I should of read the rules before just believing it was ok to say because others said it to me. I hear tons of people saying the f slur and n word and I had personnaly been called that tons of times. I also come from a lot of other communities that allow that word so I kinda expected the same which is totally on me for being dumb. I SWEAR I'll never say it again. I was also upset since I had donated a good bit a money that past day. I have taken time before making this appeal to read over all the rules and I will refresh on them from time to time. My one ban from 2 months ago for severe toxicity was only a 3 day ban and I didn't say anything like this. This is my first time saying it and I promise it'll be the last. I promise to control myself and not do it again I really like the server. I really do promise I will respect anyone and not loose it when I get mad. I own up to what I did and I know it was wrong and I'm very sorry. It won't ever happen again now that I know. Most people will comment on this it should of been common sense but it wasn't for me. I am so sorry.
Section C: The rules. I now will copy paste the exact rules in it now and I will learn not to do it again. 1.8 Be Respectful To Others - Toxicity in any capacity, be it discrimination or generally being offensive or excessively rude to other players is not tolerated. Harassing other players in a targeted manner is especially intolerable.
Section D to sum it up: I did not at all mean to be homophobic I was just thinking of something to say to the guy jailing me and it just slipped and it was the first thing I thought of. I in NO way at all mean to be offensive and I'm very sorry.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Well I will hold myself back and make sure I won't do it again. This is my first time doing it.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: I really love the server I have donated a lot and it is one of the greatest games I've played. I really miss it and would like to play again.
