What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
[It adds a system to the training part where a higherup does a command such as /attend and it gives the players who attend the trainings to get mastery xp for their jobs (basically inspiration from scp-rp with the researchers.)]
Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[A lot of more trainings being done in peacetime without people being AFK waiting for pre-war/war to happen so they can earn xp for their jobs.
More roleplay, combat, tanks, people having fun doing trainings so they can engage with each other.]
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
[I only think of one negative and it is to abuse the system such as people constantly use the command to boost the player's xp and exploit it but it could be avoided by certain systems such as group count for the trainings such as 2 players.]
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[It is a way for regiments to engage with their regiment and do something fun to be rewarded xp in return. ]
