What does this suggestion change/add/remove:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
[Makes inversion a bit better i feel like Tranq shouldnt even be able to effect them in inversion anyways, its a small nerf to Tranq iv seen TB get tranq mid inversion and die instantly it helps balance TB and Tranqs]

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
[I feel like this should have already been a thing Tranqs being able to have affect TB mid inversion is busted when inversion it forces you to stay still making it really easy to kill you iv seen it happen multiable times too. If this is removed it wouldnt effect how hard it is to kill TB to much as scrantons exist with a low cooldown and it just feels like a good QOL change to TB ]
