Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:

I have been warned for RDM in D block (which was when I first joined so roughly 2 months ago, I didn't know was RDM because I watched someone kill someone in front of me and thought that I was allowed to do it I was also new to the server) and MRDM X11 which was because (I was brainwashed by CI in solitary confinement) but there was no proof that I was brainwashed, I explained to the Admin that I would never do MRDM or at least on purpose after I explained it to him and the context behind it he gave me a warning and told me not to do that in future, I've also been given a verbal warning for toxicity which (was taken out of context) as in the person was name calling me first to get a reaction and then took the clip out of context which was a annoying but it's life after that I got medal as I didn't want anything like that to happen to me in future as it wasn't really fair.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community?:

Yes, I am very well known in the SCP:SL community. I've ran multiple popular servers. I've ran two popular SL servers and I also ran an event with content creators that were reasonably big the largest got a shout out by Pewdiepie. I no longer own the SL servers and the event was a flop due to other management (this wasn't my fault, I had been blacklisted from SL. I wasn't/couldn't be arsed with continuing playing SCP:SL due to exams and mental health) I had setup everything for them and they couldn't run the event properly sadly which was a shame considering I put so much effort even reaching out for sponsors and asking other larger SL servers if they'd like to donate their Unity maps, which (they did).
Do you have any previous experience with serious roleplay?:

No, I myself am very new to Gmod only having 335.1 hours on it. Only playing servers like SCP:RP and another server that was a "Police RP UK" becoming very well known in that community and becoming one of their highest ranking well "Terrorists" lol.
How many hours can you be on everyday?:

It depends, I am currently on my summer Holliday's so I (have a lot of free time) and I will be able to be on the server as much as I can. Roughly, 7/8 hours a day but it could be more if I am not doing anything on that day. (Not currently, starting 4/7/22 I will be on Holliday till 14/7/22) but after that I have (nothing) and I mean nothing on lol. I will be extremely active on the server, most if not all days.
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:

I've been apart of the community for awhile, I've laughed and even laughed so hard I cried lol. I've enjoyed my time here and I want to make it into something more special for other people. I understand the role of moderators and they're not only to enforce law and order they're here to set a role model for the rest of the community as a whole. I am an experienced moderator, not in Gmod but I can adapt if need be. I have connections in the content creator world, I myself was a content creator, but I've stopped. Not a big streamer but I am well known enough in SCP:SL to have spoken to some larger content creators and started an event that could've been very well known, if it was a hit we could've had roughly 100k people watching the event on Youtube and Twitch but sadly not one person has and will ever know about it apart from this Moderator Application, I put in alot of effort into it but due to as stated other management it never saw the light of day.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:

As a server owner I understand that trust, the one thing with new moderators is that you have to have trust in them. That they'll make the right decision overtime you build this with a person but if a person acts immaturely and makes a fool of themselves how can you know they'll make the right decision if in a stressful argument.

As a server owner, I understand the responsibility that comes with such a role. I understand that I am not only a mod but a role model for the rest of the server and I have to be respectful even when I myself am being treated poorly. I have to keep my calm and treat people how I'd like to be treated. I promise not to let you down or this community if I become a mod, I will work my hardest and be the best I can.

After reviewing your application, I will be issuing the following verdict: NEUTRAL

The reasons are below;

  • Lack of interactions with you other than the warning I issued for "RDM x11" which was changed from "MRDM x11" where in the sit you were pleasant and respectful, however I cannot ascertain rule knowledge and /or rp knowledge from that encounter.
  • On the final application question, you have not really given a reason for us to "support" your application as trust is required and expected for all staff team members, irregardless, you have not listed any other qualities or skills that would make you an asset.

- I see you get warned way too frequently (dont think someone who struggles to follow rules should enforce them)

EDIT:

Since you have made this application, I have had to issue you an extra 2 warnings and I don't believe you are fit for staff because you also conspired to abuse the appeal system/lie. After I had warned you yesterday for FearRP which you admitted to doing (outnumbered), today you asked me if I had a clip and then told me you were going to appeal that warning because I don't have the clip, after you admitted to breaching this rule. I can have another staff member vouch this for me but overall, I don't feel you are fit for staff until your attitude can be improved.

I haven't had a 2 week ban, I've returned from a 10 day LOA in Nu-7 kind of recently but I have not been banned ever from my knowledge. There is a big chance you've gotton me mixed up with someone else, as I have not, nor will I be. Banned from this server.

I understand confusion happens, if you would like to check my warnings in game then that is fine. But from my knowledge I've not been banned yet. My steam ID is STEAM_0:0:544854176​

Adding to this, it seems you don't really have good rule knowledge as I witnessed you break fear rp (outnumbered) which you should know about due to your 2 prior fear rp warnings this month.

Yes this is true, I was told to go and look at the rules which was something I did straight after. The last time I looked at the rules was on my last application. Which was ages ago. Genuine mistake on my part.

As explained, I have autism and during this it was a genuine miscommunication on my part. I misread the situation with you. But you haven't subtracted your last comment about me being "banned" from the server. I would like to request this be edited as this is untrue. I was never banned from the server and definitely not for two weeks. Other then that this is fine, I was warned for FearRP but as explained during the sit by another mod you called your own sit and I believe that this isn't very good. It was also slightly biased as you seemed a little bit annoyed understandably but the way you conducted yourself during the sit was slightly unprofessional, you were a little angry and irrational you also seemed a little irritated for some reason when I'd explained that I had no clue that "2v1" counted as fail RP and that it was a genuine mistake on my part you warned me and the reason given seemed slightly unfair as there was a genuine reason on my part that I had my gun on you and your friend and you had yours on me and I thought that I was in the right.
Other then that, all good. I understand why you were annoyed but the way you acted on that sit in my opinion was slightly unfair and I'd request for future sits in future you be a little more understanding and try and keep your emotions out of the sits. But, honestly. It's fine, we all do stupid things and I wish to work with you in future!

to avoid a bias decision i asked for a second opinion in which a warning was deemed reasonable, due to your 2 previous warnings for the same thing this month

I was the person who asked for a second opinion, I told someone in TS about this as well as I asked at the start of the sit for a second opinion which you then called in A-1 CPT "The undead" as at the time I didn't know if it counted as fail RP which of course I now do. I would like to request after this that this no longer go on. I understand that we can harper on this all day but this is an admin application and we're not here to argue but to share opinions on me and my character.

Thank you very much for removing what you said about the "Two week ban" as I wasn't banned.

The reason I said I was going to "Appeal" is because you have not supplied any evidence of this even though I've asked you, therefore I believe you have non of the "2v1". The reason I haven't appealed is because I did commit this act. And I will own up to my mistakes but I've spoken to other people and they've told me the same thing that you're very abusive trying to give people warnings for rules that aren't even there, not only that. If I was to make an appeal it would be out of protest out of what is clear admin abuse from where I am standing (If you care to explain your reasoning we could possibly reach some sort of conclusion to this mess) and out right unprofessionalism. Saying that I was "Banned for two weeks on my staff app" without any proof. Also warning me for body blocking when I had my gun out, I've tried my best too be civil with you but you're honestly tempting me to make an appeal at this point. You say that I'm "not fit for mod" but then you're clearly admitting to not providing evidence and calling sits. You're not above the law, you have to get clips the same way we do. If you see something then call a sit, then provide evidence. Also, during my sit yesterday with you. You asked for a second opinion and when Omar came into explain how 939 works. You were AFK during a sit. I'm not sure if you were looking at the clip, or doing something else. I would like an explanation as that is just adding to the list of shit I've seen you do. My first sit with you the mod say "Be reasonable" that isn't something that should happen during a sit so it is clear this is something aware to at least some of the team. I've requested on multiple times to see the clip, I'm going to imagine you have clipped it. I'm not stupid, but until you provide evidence I'm going to take it that you're abusing. Just because you see something doesn't mean you can act on it, you need to have evidence.​
