Note; I'm aware the pac doesn't have the current White colour scheme of O-1 this model is the old O-1 Model used on the server a long time ago.
Hoping the logo`s and Alike look can represent it to look like a O-1 as I didn't want to make a O-1 Copy with my idea of the lore behind it.

Mobile Taskforce Destination Omega-1 Was sent to Escort a Classified member within site-23,
During a Patrol Operatives noted an ongoing Test on SCP-3041, With the Member being interested the task force was asked to secure the area. Operative "TULIP"
Entered the Room containing SCP-3041. D-CLASS 2231 Dropped SCP-3041. Unaware of Anmoulous abilities of SCP-3041 The Member ordered Operative Tulip to Pick up the SCP-3041 and give it back to D-class 2231.
The Next Day....
Operative Tulip was seen being distressed by O-1 Commander "KIWION"
The operative noted that he didn't sleep well.
Several Hours later A report came in of a rough O-1 Located at the cafeteria, When the Command Team arrived The operative was already covered With stab wounds covering his legs Torso and hands. He was Holding a Knife and was talking nonsense about Killing people in his dreams and being a demon.
The Classified member Showed Up together with the Previous Researcher performing the test on 3041.
The researcher stepped in right as o-1 was preparing to shoot the operative down. He asked if he touched the SCP referring to a red knife.
While this was happening Operative Tulip decided to cut his own Belly o-1 interfere and a fight was caused.
The operative Has been announced Dead after an O-1 member Shot him dead.

During the physical fight, Operative Tulip had certain serious injuries!
- Damage Nerves within the Eyes
- Several skull cracks
- Deep Stab wound within the neck
He injured 2 other o-1 Men And passed out of blood loss.
Operative Tulip has been transported to the medical bay in a secured section. He lived in a Coma for 9 Months.
When Operative Tulip woke Up Ethics Member Charlu"Harrold" Mike was called to the bay.
He explained what happened While Tulip didn't seem to be able to talk or properly see The Ethics Member.
The ethics member apologised towards Tulip as he was the one ordering him to pick up SCP-3041 and sustaining a mental breakdown.
He offered To help the Operative out and equip him with the needs if he wanted to continue to serve him,

In 1 year, Several operations have been performed on Tulip,
Advanced Tactical Helmet: Allow him to use brain lengths to communicate with his department on externals.
The camera system projecting its output in specially made glasses allows Tulip to see properly.
(Tactical Helmet is monitoring Tulip Mental state in any case SCp-3041 effect may be returning)
Display installed on his Chest armor To monitor his state as he Lost his vocal cords Acting as a Robotic Decoy WHile the other displays allow personnel to see if he can see or hear them.
Operative Tulip has been given a new Code name : TULP unit -323
