Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?
- I am applying for chief of security to maintain order and enforce policy and procedure amongst all GENSEC personnel to better stabilize the department as well as ensuring rp is at maximum effort.
What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?:
- I have knowledge of how to write and publish policy and procedures in departments as well as methods of how to maintain order and professionalism in a department. I also have real life training and experience in the field of corrections, which is the definition of GENSEC. I was a Corrections Officer in the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation within the Department of Military Affairs and Public Safety for the state of West Virginia. I also have documentation and credentials to prove so.
What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?:
-The responsibilities of Chief of Security are to maintain day to day tasks and responsibilities of the department as a whole, such as keeping Site Directors and Advisors updated on the department, updating policy and procedure documents, ensuring that these policies are being enforced by the supervisors placed beneath them. Other responsibilities are to watch GENSEC Supervisors and grade their performance as well as place new supervisors that assist in maintaining the department correctly.
Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jacob Turner is a career corrections officer that has moved up in the ranks of the state and federal sector over the time of his service. During his time of service he moved to the private sector of corporate owned prisons, where he spent several years there as a Shift Captain that became known as "By The Book." During his time in the private sector, he was approached by a very formal individual that offered him a position to work for the Foundation. Not knowing at the time who the "Foundation" was, he took the job thinking it was another position in the more private sector.
