Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Harry's Arthur was born in Portugal on 13/08/1999 he did not have many friends when he turned 18.
So wanted to go to work in a danger zone where he moved with monsters and otherworldly things he started in the worst position security cadet he liked what he did had a lot of reputation and was climbing from positions until he went to a NU-7 MTF there made a many friends made many trusted friends.
then he got out of mtf and wanted to go to agent stayed there 1 month had a cool story there so he wanted to become an Ethics Assistant.
Harry's parents left him when he was 12 years old he had months to recover his sister died in a plane crash. Harry had a very hard childhood went to a boarding school last six years went away and started his life from scratch while working at the SCP foundation..
