What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
UNGOC White Suit, a stealth suit that cloaks the user like a chameleon

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
Probably in the past, but not recently

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
-No Development Time
-GOC update finally, GOC can finally stop complaining
-UK Already has this, balancing it would be much easier as its already been tested

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
-People Complaining about it being to OP

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Its something that has been lingering over US for a long time, it would help GOC with main raids and can be easily balanced, for example nerfing the cloak to be shorter, or making the cloaks less effective.

It's not on UK, it's an event role that comes and goes for specific events/rp enhancements. It's used for an event than is removed again

This is actually a negative because it doesn’t exist. Again, it’s a GM, not an actual feature.

I'll say this. While UK does "Use" the Suits to a degree. It's sparingly. I ( No Offence ) do not trust the US Player base to use such an item as this in situations where it is required. Hell, I have to second guess myself half the time on it's use.

I understand that you want it and that it looks really fun. But the considerations for how US GOC & UK GOC act must be considered.

US GOC tends to be more forth coming & on the nose with their actions.

UK GOC tend to do diplomacy & underhanded tactics ( Where White-Suits excel at ).

I am sorry that this does seem unfair.
