Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Several. One ban because I asked the mod too (They said my options are 10 minutes in jail or a 1 day ban, I picked the stupid option because I didn't feel like playing anyways). A couple toxicity warns that were completely uncalled for, and a few FailRP warns that I deserved because I didn't know the specifics of certain jobs.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: They go directly to whoever saw their face, wherever that is on the map without detours.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: 096 needs to be bucketed. MTF needs to allow 096 to kill any 096-1's so he goes back into a passive state. 096 is them beamed, cuffed, and returned to their cc.
