I think Crow is a good choice as well but he also has some qualities that Dalton beats him at.

whichever one gets chairmen I would like to see them crack down on O-1 a bit more when we bring issues to them, i will not elaborate on this subject in public.

but regardless I think they are both suited for the position and I will be happy if either one gets it.
