to specify why I have said Site manager+ is because site advisor I believe are junior cl4 and it would be unwise or a bit risky to be given or made aware of this I mean yes they know the department activities but not all of their activities as for instance let's say they're working with a Tiamat class anomaly it would mostly be looked through and worked on by senior CL4 and O5 of course and senior CL4 RSD like DOR (Director of Research) hence why I specifically state Site management+ and the Ethics Committee aka ECM+ or the chairman as it would be unwise or very not good to give information like that to junior CL4 even if they are CL4 and very.. hazardous if you understand what I am saying
