What makes you suitable for SCP-22415?:
I think I'm a good fit for the role , 22415 is meant to be a friendly face roaming around site helping people , he can create a lot of fun interactions with all types of people and that's what I am love doing on this server
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-22415?:
SCP-22415 roams the site and focuses on doing what is morally correct at all times. It helps non combatants who are in danger, escorts them to safety, and makes sure that everyone is safe . It doesn't take sides in fighting and cant help d-class
When there's a CI raid, you see MTF's combatting CI, you also see researchers running away from the fight. Who do you aid and why?:
I would help the researchers. The MTF and CI are combatants so they will be ignored , but the researchers are non-combatants so they are meant to be helped
I would do anything within my abilities to help the researchers

I am not sure how exactly that ability works , but i wouldn't repel 076 into a researcher , depending on how close I am to both of them I would attempt to put the researcher in the safety of 22415 dimension
You are playing as SCP-22415-1. A D-Class is proactively escaping D-block, he is low on health and demanding medical attention what do you do?:
22415 Cant help D-Class personnel per server rules . I would not do anything to prevent him escape or to aid him
