Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned? 1 day for RDM
Why should you be unbanned: Lots of other players are alting but I didnt know that you couldnt alt if you were banned on a different account. Also ban evasion is for using the same steam ID.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Ill try to find out more transparency about the rules.
Why do you want to rejoin this server?: Ive put alot of effort into GENSEC and I enjoy playing on SCP-RP

Good morning @RobertoIsBored,

I brought you in after your second account was flagged. After checking the Steam ID of current bans, it appeared that you were banned on this account earlier that morning.

I asked if you were using a VPN and why your second account was flagged, which you later admitted to having been alting. After I explained that it was not permitted and was considered ban evasion, you seemed apologetic about it, exclaiming that you were not aware of this.

That account was banned, and this ban was later extended to 8 weeks in accordance with the punishment guidelines.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Evading a ban by using an alt or any other method is considered a serious offence and is an extremely common rule that is in place in most communities and games, as such is not in need of being stated that you should not do this.

As such even though you were apologetic, you took the actions to avoid your original ban which was in place, as such your ban will remain, however if you have any proof of others evading their bans, please inform me via DMs.
